From the farm to Harbin

On the first day of a three day holiday in China, just stay home.

Unless of course you have visitors and an offer to arrange a city tour from a good friend. So we ventured out on the first day of Qingming Festival with the millions of other Harbiners.

Jack, our Chinese friend, arrange three cars to take our team and parents to St. Sophia, Zhongyang Street, and the river. Jack was awesome leading the tour through the crowds and stopping at the most famous parts of the city. We ate "famous" Russian yoghurt, stopped at the "best free toilet", and then walked on the still frozen river.

Here are some pictures from the day with so many people.
